  • Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove your current lock. Follow the following installation steps:



    Adjust the length of the latch to 2- 3/8″ (60 mm) to if needed 2-3/4″ (70 mm), install the latch and strike and adjust lock handle direction on external assembly



    Adjust lock handle direction on internal assembly, install outer assambly (note: spindle position, “triangle” facing up, lead the cable over the latch), align and fix with screws to the mounting plate on the inner side of the door (note: spindle in the central hole and cable thru cable hole, on the mounting plate on inner side of the door)



    Connect the cable to the cable connector on the back side of the inner assembly (note: use the cable hook) and install with screws the inner assembly to the mounting plate.



    Test the installation by inserting the key and try few times locking and unlocking the lock, move of the handles and the latch should be smooth. Due to the size of the lock, to avoid interference with the existing old deadbolt, Sifely advise (as option) to install the new lock on top and move the existing deadbolt down to the bottom bore hole just to avoid any installation issues.

  • For using and controlling the lock it is necessary to install application (Sifely Smart app), so this is our next step. Depending on OS of your phone download and install the app from Google Play or Apple Store (search: Sifely Smart App). Tap on register, fill out the required details and tap to “get the code”. You will receive a verification code to verify your account and then tap “register”.
